REUNION DE TRIBUNAL DE PENAS DEL 17/05/2023

ACTA 10.23

Siendo las 19:30 hs. del 17/05/2023 se reúnen en la sede de la Liga del Oeste, los miembros del Tribunal de Penas, Señores: Horacio Oyarzabal y el Doctor Mauro Martin,  Sec Administrativas: María Fernanda Martínez y Ana Celia Luna.-

 

Se da ingreso a las notas presentadas por el Presidente del Club Atlético Amigos Gorra de Cuero de fecha 13/05/2023 y Club Atlético Rivadavia de fecha 13/05/2023; ambas ingresadas por secretaría de esta liga el día 15/05/2023. Que atento lo informado, los miembros de la terna arbitral designada y publicada para el encuentro, y la suspensión de los partidos de Sexta, Séptima y Octava división a disputarse en la localidad de Carlos Tejedor, entre los equipos del Club Atlético Amigos Gorra de Cuero y Club Atlético Rivadavia, este Tribunal resuelve: Decretar provisionalmente la suspensión (conf. Art 22 del RTP) y requerir a los miembros de la terna arbitral designada para dichos encuentros que inasistieron, Sres. Álvarez José Luis y Ponce Mauro formulen sus respectivas explicaciones y justifiquen las inasistencias con plazo para hacerlo hasta el día 22/05/2023 a las 18:00 hs.- Finalmente, respecto de la planilla de partido suscripta por el Sr. Ponce Mauro, ingresada a esta liga por secretaría el día 15/05/2023, se requiere al nombrado de cuenta de sus dichos y justifique los mismos en el plazo antes referido.- Cumplido lo requerido y/o vencido el término fijado, se resolverá conforme la normativa reglamentaria.-
